We were recently contacted by our satisfaction survey service -the national company My Inner View. They wondered what we’re doing differently to create such positive responses in areas of care, concern and respectfulness of staff. Wow. Compared to 1,613 similar facilities they said, “It is not often we see all staff related items listed as our primary strengths.”
