Gifts in Honor
What better way is there to say happy birthday, offer congratulations, or express wishes for a speedy recovery, than to give the gift of caring. Those who you honor will be notified of your generosity.
Honor the life and precious memories of loved ones who have passed away. The family receives a commemorative card acknowledging your expression of support and sympathy (but not the amount) and the thanks of The Cedars.
The Cedars Care Champion Program provides the perfect opportunity to show gratitude toward staff who have provided exceptional care to you or a loved one. Honored individuals will receive a letter that is also placed in their personnel file, and a custom-designed badge to wear proudly each day while continuing the work that touches so many in our community.
Grateful Patient and Family Program
The Grateful Patient & Family Program provides an opportunity for you to say thank you in a special and meaningful way to the doctors, nurses and dedicated staff that made a difference to you or your family during your time at The Cedars.
The Jewish tradition of yahrzeit honors family and friends of blessed memory. The Cedars has a established a wall with permanent Yahrzeit plaques inscribed with the name and date of death of the person you are honoring and bears a small light which is lit on the anniversary of their passing.
To obtain a Yahrzeit plaque, contact the Development Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 207-221-7007.
