DESCRIPTION:The Cedars is committed to providing the highest quality care to our residents. We know that to continue to grow and improve we need to work with our families and residents to deliver the experience they expect. On our journey to a Household model of resident-centered care we see that two of our most valuable team members are our residents and their families and friends. \nOne of the ways we ask our community to participate in our journey is to attend our annual Family Forum. Each fall we host an evening input session where our long-term care community can share what is going well and help identify the future focus.
