On our journey to a Household model of resident-centered care we see that two of our most valuable team members are our residents and their families and friends. \nOne of the ways we ask our community to participate in our journey is to attend our annual Family Forum. Each fall we host an evening input session where our long-term care community can share what is going well and help identify the future focus.
