DESCRIPTION:The Cedars is pleased to offer a new monthly dementia support group for individuals with a loved one who is living with dementia. Susan Raychard OTR/L\, will be facilitating the group and has previously managed Mindful Connections\, our dementia outpatient program. She currently has her own company\, providing specialized in home OT services.  \nThe first session will begin on July 11 from 6:00-7:30 PM and will be held at The Atrium in the meeting rooms. The topic of discussion will be education related to dementia and the brain. Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours and 45 minutes of the session would be on subject matter to educate and open up participant dialogue. \n\nPlease RSVP to Susan sraychard@thecedarsportland.org or 207- 298-0071
