Our mission, vision, values and work culture.

Nearly three years ago, The Cedars embarked on an organizational culture change, with the goal of improving person-directed care for our residents and job satisfaction for our employees. What has guided us on our journey?

As a first step towards culture change, we asked employees to identify the key principles they strive for in their work. We were so pleased with employee contributions. Our dedicated, passionate employees helped craft six core values and bind them together with the acronym WE CARE.
