Sarah Bartell, Community Wellness Coordinator at The Cedars, offers our residents at The Osher Inn a comprehensive selection of programs focused on fitness, nutrition and wellness. Our seniors are given the opportunity to participate in fitness assessments that determine their baseline strength and wellness, and re-assessments to establish gains along the way. Sarah works individually with each senior to set their personal wellness goals and monitor their progress.

Sarah's classes are held at different times through the week, and at varying levels of difficulty. The residents enjoy attending classes both at The Cedars independent living, at The Atrium and in their own fitness studio at The Osher Inn.
